Hannah T. Anderson is an associate attorney at Booth Law Group. Her practice focuses on special education law and employment law. She also represents clients on a variety of other matters, including issues that arise in general education law, contract review, incorporation procedures and documents, and other issues that school districts and businesses face on a day to day basis.
Before returning to Booth Law Group as an attorney, Hannah worked in house for an insurance company in Jacksonville, Florida. She managed and resolved claims pursuant to title insurance policies, assessed risk to the company, researched potential causes of action against the company, developed litigation strategy, and monitored the activities of outside counsel.
Hannah graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School with honors in May of 2017. While in law school, Hannah was a competition team member and student instructor for the Civil Rights Moot Court. Hannah also served as a board member for the Women’s Law Student Association. In addition, Hannah spent a year working in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota through the law school clinic program. She completed 50+ hours of public service during law school, which allowed her to graduate with the Law School Public Service Program distinction. Hannah worked at Booth Law Group 2L and 3L year as a law clerk.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys reading, running and brunching. She loves to spend time with family, and enjoys being a mom to two Labrador retrievers and an aunt to several nieces and nephews.
